Why did you choose to join a digital agency?Working in the agency world felt like home to me as soon as I stepped in. A diverse group of enthusiastic, smart, ambitious, and creative people coming together to continually solve engaging and varying types of problems for exciting clients is a project manager’s dream.
What makes Gallardo Labs different?Gallardo Labs is the first company I have worked for that wholeheartedly has embraced working remotely. 100% of the company works from home, long before the rest of the world was forced to do it. It was also quickly apparent to me that Nicole, the CEO leads with compassion and has faith in her employees to successfully deliver for the clientele. I think a big factor that allows her to do this, is being selective in who she hires and only brings in Senior-level talent. There isn’t any need for hand-holding here.
Team accomplishment you’re most proud of and why? Assisting with improvements to the pitch process has been gratifying. It feels like implementing some simple tools and templates have benefitted the New Business Team to help them quickly turnaround proposals for compelling initiatives.

Greg studied Project Management at the University of California Berkeley and has 20 years of experience managing a wide variety of technology and brand marketing projects. He leads teams through devotion to the organization, savvy strategy development, design expertise, content marketing prowess, and an intrinsic passion for task management prioritization. Greg has worked on exciting initiatives for major brands such as Apple, Coca-Cola, EA, FedEx, Genentech, Google, Hennessy, Johnson & Johnson, Sling, Sonos, and SpaceX. Delivering successful projects to happy clients is Greg’s number one priority.
